IRCCS Ospedale Policlinico San Martino (HSM) in Genova, Italy, is a large research university hospital and a leading institution for Oncology and Neurology. The Physiopathology of Human Reproduction Unit of the hospital is the regional referral center for Oncofertility. There are several standardized referral pathways for cancer patients, both females and males, already established inside the same institution and among other institutiosn of the North-West of Italy. The unit is specifically active in the follow-up of cancer survivors, with a dedicated outpatient clinic.
